On our end: I understand I'm being counted on to meet your dogs needs - that is why I guarantee services to be completed in all weather conditions.
On your end: I understand things change. I allow cancelling of services up to 24 hours before the service is to occur with no penalty, but same day cancellations may carry a 50% charge.
Extreme weather may affect the ability to provide walking services. These are conditions that are unsafe for your dog such as extreme heat, extreme cold or thunderstorms.
In these cases, I offer free cancellations OR the option for the walking service to be turned into a 'potty break and hangout' visit instead.
A meet and greet is a fantastic way to start a relationship between all parties (you, me and your dog(s). This allows all services to go smoothly moving forward.
I am an experienced dog walker that is trained & experienced to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
My dog walks are typically 30 or 60 minutes long. However, we can customize the length of the walk to fit your dog's needs.
